But I never thought it would happen this fast.

I felt like overnight, my body had betrayed me.

Now all of a sudden, even doing the simple things like walking up a flight of stairs became an enormous chore.

I was getting bigger and bigger and I didn’t know how to make it stop.

I no longer had the energy to exercise, and I was hopelessly addicted to all the “bad foods”.

Things got really bad when my doctor called me the one word that I never imagined I would ever be called.
He said I was officially “OBESE”.

It shattered me.

I knew I had to do something but I didn’t know what.

I was at Rock Bottom…

That’s when I saw a High School classmate’s Facebook profile.

She had always been a “bigger girl” when we were growing up.

But now she looked FANTASTIC!!!!!!

She looked like she was aging in reverse.

I never really knew her that well and I was nervous to reach out, but I had to know…

When I finally built up the courage to message her, she was so excited to send me the video that explained
